|a If religion with its dimensions of unavailability and vulnerability is taken seriously in development work, then its potentials may unfold to accompany human beings on their way to self-responsible development in the common frame of the One World. Forms of religious education which have to be integrated in develoment work are helpful to create spaces where people experience transformation of their personal self-concept and consequently will grasp their own power of interpretation as well as their agency and will find steps for integrated personal, spiritual and social development processes.<eng>
