Description
Résumé:The author shows how the teacher can overcome the tension between the teaching of ethics and the pupils' freedom of conscience 1) by differentiating, on the one hand, between facts, norms and values, and, on the other, between morality and legality, and within them, between ethical and other norms; 2) by adopting a specific deontology aimed at developing the pupil's autonomy of judgement and not at moralising them; 3) by setting up pedagogical devices capable of developing the autonomy of normative, evaluative and expressive judgement.
