| Zusammenfassung: | This article by an anthropologist argues that "racism" is a valid charge against Zionism. The argument is unfolded in three parts. The first addresses the differences between scientific and popular concepts of race which cause confusion about the meaning of "racism". The second calls attention to strategies that conceal the important distinction in Israeli law between "nationality" and "citizenship".
