| Summary: | El presente trabajo tiene por objeto analizar, desde los ámbitos estatal y confesional, algunas cuestione que giran en torno a los matrimonios entre cristianos y musulmanes, dada la problemática que conllevan, generada por la distinta conceción del matrimonio y sus efectos. Por ello se explica el marco jurídico aplicable, tanto desde el Estado como desde la perspectiva del ordenamiento canónico. Luego se explica la preparación al matrimonio, la celebración (religiosa o civil) y la inscripción del matrimonio celebrado. Concluye el estudio con el análisis del deasarrollo de la vida matrimonial y sus posibles crisis, con las soluciones jurídicas aplicables. Finaliza con una reflexión acerca de la conveniencia de la posible creación de la figura del mediador intercultural. The present work analyzes, from the State and confessional areas, some questions that concern the marriages between Christians and Muslims, because of the problems that they carry, generated by the different conception of the marriage and his effects. For that, the juridical applicable frame, both from the State and from the perspective of the canon law, is explained. Then the preparation to the marriage, the celebration (religious or civil) and the inscription of the celebrated marriage are explained. The study concludes with the analysis of the analysis of the development of the matrimonial life and ist possible crises, with the juridical applicable solutions.
