Description
Summary:Childhood is a critical moment for the safe and healthy development of children. Child Labour is one of the greatest challenges of our time that affects the healthy development of children given the abuses and exploitations involved.Ban on child labour in this case in Nigeria does not provide any workable solution to this problem because the situations that led the child into work have not been solved, namely poverty. Therefore, regulation of child is offered here as one of the ways to realise the basic needs and dignity of the child.
