Description
Résumé:Christ calls believers to be disciples, and in turn to disciple others. For discipleship to be effective, it is important to understand the role that emotions play in our relationship with God, others, and our new identity in Christ. This article discusses emotional experience from the Emotion Focused Therapy theoretical model and presents a case for attending to the emotional world of those we disciple as a necessary component to the process of discipleship.
