Zusammenfassung:At present there are two social movements engaged in efforts to alter the power structure of the United States, a Black Power movement and a Church Power movement. Both aim either to revolutionize or to diminish the power of a democratic majority in an affluent democratic society. The Church Power movement seeks to revolutionize middle-class America. The Black Power movement has the alternative of Black Nationalism.
