| Résumé: | Hay's article, The Biology of God, covers a vast amount of bibliographical survey; yet it seemingly lacks some detailed analysis of those works. Methodologically there is no clarity regarding the typologies of religious experience with which he deals. This response raises these methodological issues, pointing as well to some fundamental bibliographical gaps. It questions also whether a psychology rather than a biology of God would not be a better phenomenological description. |
