Summary:This essay proposes theoretical principles and methodological approaches that are able to characterize cooperation between various educational realities for a unified pedagogy and instruction. It affirms the centrality of the person during the entire educational process. It states the uninterrupted perfectibility of the human being. It emphasizes the indispensability of thinking through and implementing education as a teleological and axiological activity. It underscores that the factors underlying educational action are not to be found in technical rationality or in managerial and utilitarian logic. It outlines a relationship that is nourished, not on techniques and emotional anesthetics, but rather on virtue, emotions, environments, and skills that are well summarized in the expression educational care.
