| Summary: | This contribution sweeps across the various obstacles to action in the fight against climate change. In the first place, we consider the difficulties arising from the physical characteristics of the disturbance in question, related to our human capacities of perception and reaction. Secondly, political, institutional and legal obstacles to action at the level of the stakes are considered. Cette contribution balaie les différents obstacles à l'action en matière de lutte contre le dérèglement climatique. Sont en premier lieu envisagées les difficultés qui découlent des caractéristiques physiques du dérèglement en question, rapportées à nos capacités humaines de perception et de réaction. Sont en second lieu envisagés les obstacles politiques, institutionnels et juridique à une action à la hauteur des enjeux. |
