| Summary: | Who of human or robot has its place in space? The robot, because it can replace human beings for exploration missions that are always particularly dangerous both for the health and the safety of astronauts. But human also tends to gain a place in space, when he can be assisted by the robot as a tool that facilitates his work, or when the machine can serve as a medium to extend humanity to the confines of the universe. All these hypotheses raise ethical and legal questions to which the article gives some solutions. Qui de l'homme ou du robot a sa place dans l'espace ? Le robot, car il peut remplacer l'être humain pour les missions d'exploration qui se révèlent toujours particulièrement dangereuses tant pour la santé que pour la sécurité des astronautes. Mais l'homme également tend à acquérir une place dans l'espace, lorsqu'il peut être secondé par le robot en tant qu'outil qui facilite son travail, ou lorsque la machine peut servir de média pour prolonger l'humanité aux confins de l'univers. Toutes ces hypothèses soulèvent des questionnements éthiques et juridiques auxquels l'article donne des pistes de solutions. |
