This year, Church Communication and Culture posed the question ‘How is digital culture affecting media education on religion?’ First, Paul Soukup, Jesuit priest and Communications professor at Santa Clara University in California, presents strategical suggestions for religious education within the digital culture; then, Paul Glader, associate professor of Journalism, Media and Entrepreneurship at The King’s College New York, weighs in with perspective about the need for influencing the new communications technologies to develop in a way that is not hostile to religion.
