The article explores the concept of God in La Luz del Mundo and how the church approaches the eternal problems of suffering and happiness. It then examines La Luz del Mundo’s vision of Jesus Christ, who is not regarded as “God,” nor as “God the Son,” but is recognized as “the Son of God,” who, through his sacrifice, opened the possibility of salvation, once reserved for the Jews, to the entire humankind. |
