Description
Summary:This article aims to delve into the criteria of divine justice, based on the Gospels, and also investigates what relationships they can maintain with human justice, in force in society. Ten principles are proposed that would help to explain the way in which God judges men and, at the same time, an analysis is made as to what extent these principles can or cannot be found in the legal logic of Western societies. Philosophical, literary and cinematographic works are used to study this complex relationship between human and divine justice.
