| Summary: | In recent years, many cases of religious intolerance and, consequently, religious racism, have been reported in Organs competent bodies and shared in the social networks of the internet, and in the media. Among countless cases, the religions that suffer the greatest attack are those of African origin such as Umbanda and Candomblé. This text, based on a doctoral thesis that aimed to study the difference through images, sought to think about the religious difference with an image and the student narratives posted on pages of the social network of the Internet Facebook, created for the purposes of this research (# difference). In this context, we aim to observe the developments of religious racism in the school environment and outside. How do students relate to racism and religious intolerance within the school and from their networks? Our analyzes start from reports and content shared by the media and on social networks, in an attempt to reflect on these and other issues in our contemporaneity. Nos últimos anos, muitos casos de intolerância religiosa e consequentemente racismo religioso, tem sido denunciado nos órgãos competentes e compartilhados nas redes sociais da internet, e nas mídias. Dentre inúmeros casos, as religiões que sofrem maior ataque são as religiões de matriz africana tais como Umbanda e Candomblé. Esse texto, partindo de uma tese de doutorado que teve objetivo estudar a diferença através de imagens, buscou pensar a diferença religiosa com uma imagem e as narrativas de estudantes postadas em páginas da rede social da internet o Facebook, criada para fins desta pesquisa (#diferença). Nesse contexto, objetivamos observar os desdobramentos do racismo religioso no ambiente escolar e fora dele. Como os alunos se relacionam com o racismo e a intolerância religiosa dentrofora da escola e a partir de suas redes? Nossas análises partem de relatos e conteúdos compartilhados pelas mídias e em redes sociais, para tentar refletir sobre essas e outras questões na nossa contemporaneidade. |
