| Summary: | O discurso é o alicerce da persona de cada indivíduo. Por meio do discurso é possível amoldar comportamentos, limitar os corpos e censurar ideais divergentes. O discurso é histórico e, por isso, instrumento hábil para detectar a posição social do sujeito e sua ideologia. Por isso, se propõem a analisar os discursos proferidos entre 2014 e 2019 no plenário da Câmara dos Deputados sobre a temática “ideologia de gênero”. Tais discursos reproduzem a noção caótica de que a “ideologia de gênero” vai destruir a família e também a utilização sinonímica de gênero com questões referentes à homossexualidade e a sexualização precoce de menores. Outra marca dos discursos dos deputados é a exposição dos valores da moral cristã como únicos e universais. The speech is the foundation of each individual. It is through the spe-ech that is possible to change configurations, limit bodies and censor divergent ideals from their status quo. It is a fact that the speech is historical and, therefore, the instrument can detect the social posi-tion of the one who speech and his ideology, it is that we propose to analyze the sixteen speeches made between 2014 and 2019 in the plenary of the Chamber of Deputies on the theme gender ideology. It is also noticed that such speeches reproduce the notion that gen-der ideology will destroy the family institution. It is also verified the synonymic use of gender with issues related to homosexuality and early sexualization of minors. Another mark of those speeches made by deputies is the exposure of Christian moral values as unique and universal. The speeches also defended biological and hierarchical determinism of gender relations. The only speech that hold off from the other fifteen, was given by a congresswoman, Alice Portugal, in 2016, in which gender was presented as an analytical category. So, through this speech it is verified that the gender debate, on the contrary, to what refers to the defenders of the gender ideology, has for its use the search for diversity, use and difference, searching for feminist theoretical studies. |
