Résumé: | The legal decrees and safety plans of state and church reacting to the Covid-19 pandemic caused restrictions to which the majority of the population was unprepared and which they could not even imagine before - neither in church nor in society. Basic rights like freedom of religion and assembly guaranteed by the state were as affected as the ecclesial rights of free attendance of services and receiving the sacraments. Quick decisions had to be made in a confusing situation which requires a retrospective reflection in order to be prepared better for future, similar developments. Hereby, Yves Kingata, recently habilitated at Klaus-Mörsdorf- Institute of Canon Law in Munich, makes a first contribution. (English) |
