| Summary: | El presente estudio examina el carácter semántico del concepto en la obra de Guillermo de Ockham. Trabajo que comprende las siguientes etapas: primero, análisis del concepto a partir de las teorías de abstracción formal en Avicena y Tomás de Aquino. Segundo, comprensión de la primacía del conocimiento intuitivo sobre el conocimiento abstracto para la configuración del concepto. Tercero, análisis del carácter semántico del concepto en cuanto hábito mental, ipsamet intellectio, y signo que se predica de las cosas. Intellection, concept and semantics in the work of William of Ockham: This study examines the semantic nature of the concept in William of Ockham's work and considers the following aspects: first, the analysis of the concept based on Avicenna's and Thomas Aquinas' theory of formal abstraction; second, understanding that the intuitive knowledge has primacy over the abstract knowledge when shaping the concept and third, the analysis of the semantic nature of the concept as mental habit, ipsamet intellectio, and sign which predicates of things. |
