The author asks to what degree religious women – apart from being objects of this discourse – are also its subjects; and whether inter-religious dialogue, especially female dialogue, can help them to become so. Giving a survey of the empirical situation of Christian-Muslim discourse and dialogue in Germany, the author focuses on women’s activities and analyzes the structures of one endeavor: the «Sarah-Hagar-Initiative». |
