The purpose of this article is to show how the philosophy of Abraham Joshua Heschel was influenced by Jewish Mysticism refracted from his Hasidic origins. Heschel made a dialectic relation between mystics and reason. He understood this dialect as exiting in Rabbinic thought since Talmudic literature. |
