| Summary: | This paper aims to analyze the process of spiritual consultation, carried out by those who seek therapeutic services religious Sunrise Valley. We seek to understand the query as a moment in which the subject starts to redraw their afflictions - that have different genesis - as well as his own biography, so that both their previous experiences do reframe the ritualistic elements manipulated at the time, but also the new religious experience assign new meanings to their distress. We also highlight how the subjects, as it sinks into religious doctrine, are to incorporate new classification systems, which produce a reworking of the sufferings experienced by the subject, albeit from often formulated explanations afterwards. |
