| Summary: | La sociologia della religione, come le altre scienze, persegue l'obiettivo di raggiungere la verità dei fenomeni che studia, non tanto in riferimento alla realtà del noumeno quanto nella veridicità delle relative mediazioni psico-sociologiche, oggetto diretto del suo approccio. Così essa contribuisce alla conoscenza completa e concreta dei contenuti propri e di quelli che condivide con altre scienze (apporto interdisciplinare). Tale prospettiva è provata dalla sua storia e dimostrata dai precedenti epistemologici, ma anche dalle applicazioni attuali. Per questo la sociologia della religione richiede una rigorosa applicazione: dall'operazionalizzazione dei concetti, all'individuazione delle dimensioni, fino ai tratti strutturali, dinamici e relazionali del proprio contenuto. Rileva quindi l'efficacia del suo metodo: cogliendo le 'costanti' e le 'regolarità' delle manifestazioni del 'fenomeno' religioso, evidenziando l'oggettività come predicato della verità delle mediazioni (pur senza giungere ai contenuti meta-empirici) e attuando la prospettiva di validazione o di falsificazione dei suoi risutalti. The Sociology of religion, like other sciences, has the objective of pursuing and finding the truth of the phenomenon it studies, not so much in reference to the reality of the noumenon but rather in the veracity of the relative psycho-sociological mediations, as direct object of its approach. Thus it contributes to the complete and concrete knowledge of its own contents and of those, it shares with other sciences (interdisciplinary contribution). Such perspective is tested by its history and proved by the epistemological precedences, but also by the present applications. For this reason, the sociology of religion demands a rigorous application: from the operazionality of the concepts, to the characterization of the dimensions, till the structural, dynamic and relational features of its own content. It finds therefore the effectiveness of its method: by getting the 'constants' and 'regularities' of the manifestations of the 'religious phenomenon', evidencing the objectivity as predicate of truth of the mediations (also without reaching the meta-empirical contents) and by putting into effect the perspective of validation or of the falsification of its results. |
