The article deals with religious aspects of the fight against extremism and terrorism and related preventive measures. Based on the analysis of all forms of manifestation of extremism and radicalism in society, the article also examines the responsibility for violating constitutional norms. In order to prevent religious extremism, the causes of the spread and the types of extremism and terrorism are analyzed separately. In addition, the article specifies preventive measures, the established system of mazhab in the Republic of Kazakhstan. The article also considers issues related to the opportunities for the development of the Islamic religion in the country and the welfare of all Muslim communities.Today, in order to prevent terrorism and extremism, the spiritual management of Muslims in Kazakhstan implements a number of large-scale projects and conducts a wide range of activities. The first thing that was done is the opening of a madrassa for the preparation of imams and the resolution of the issue with the religious literacy of young people, the conduct of various seminars in the country to improve the knowledge and retraining of the country’s imams. |
