| Summary: | In the wake of the contemporary Magisterium (cf. the 2008 ITC Document), the essay rethinks the notion of Natural Law in order to get a better understanding of it. It distinguishes between «truth» (i. e. the filial vocation to love according to the divine original design) and «reality» of man (i. e. his concrete sinful situation). This overlap indicates the inner ambiguity inherent the notion of Human Nature. Christ is the revelation & the paradigm of true humanity because he is the very fulfillment of divine law. A new hermeneutic is necessary to interpret Natural Law in the light of the relation between Nature and Grace. Nella scia del recente Magistero (cf. il documento della CTI del 2008), il saggio ripensa la nozione di legge naturale per poterla meglio ricomprendere. Esso la situa tra «verità» (la vocazione filiale e fraterna secondo l’orginario disegno divino) e «realtà» dell’uomo (la concreta natura deteriorata dal peccato). Tale sovrapposizione dice l’antinomia insita nella nozione stessa di natura umana. Cristo è paradigma e svelamento della vera umanità in quanto pieno compimento – seppur paradossale – della legge divina. Si addita infine l’esigenza di interpretare la legge naturale con una ermeneutica sensibile alla drammatica tra natura e grazia. |
