| Summary: | It analyzes backs and forwards produced during the fight against women discrimination. After decades on Human Rights Declarations, pro equality between women and men conventions, and World conferences working to eliminate inequality, great achievements has been achieved, even thought, there is not any society in the World in which women have reached equality in all the field of their life. This goal will not be reach until local, national and International instruments force and punish those states in the world that does not fulfil the acquired commitment. As long as woman and men do not share equalityin both right and freedom in political, economical, social, cultural, religious or any other fields, we will not have a democratic and fair enough society inwhich human development can be reached. Se analiza los avances y estancamientos producidos en la lucha contra la discriminación hacia las mujeres. Después de decenios de Declaraciones sobre los Derechos Humanos, Convenciones en pro de la igualdad entre varones y mujeres y Conferencias mundiales para lograr eliminar las desigualdades, se han conseguido importantes logros pero, sin embargo, todavía no existe ninguna sociedad en el mundo en la que las mujeres hayan alcanzado la igualdad en todas las esferas de su vida pública o privada. Esto no se producirá hasta que existan mecanismos locales, nacionales e internacionales que obliguen y sancion en alos estados que no cumplan los compromisos internacionales adquiridos. Mientras los hombres y las mujeres no tengan igualdad de derechos y libertades en el ámbito político, económico, social, cultural, religioso, o cualquier otra esfera,no lograremos una sociedad más justa y democrática ni se conseguirá el desarrollo humano. |
