Description
Summary:This study investigated the relationship between student religious commitment and perceived parental religiosity, family warmth, and acceptance. Data were collected by self-report questionnaires from students at the University of California at Davis (N=453). The data indicated that students report their parents as generally similar to themselves in religious commitment and that religious students tend to perceive their families as more happy, warm, and accepting than nonreligious students.
