Résumé: | A sample of 1,239 female Anglican clergy in the United Kingdom responded to twenty-five statements exploring their perception of clergy-women as compared to clergymen. The findings suggest that the majority of clergywomen see themselves as having different gifts to offer to ministry, compared with the gifts offered by clergymen. Only a small proportion of clergywomen, however, equate differences with superiority. |
