| Summary: | Initially known as ufologist, Jose TrigueirinhoNetto (2010) claims that had the aid of an "Intergalactic Hierarchy" being in a process of inner change in the 80s. Since then, he has been writing books about spirituality in the New Age, founded alternative communities and formalized the OrdemGraçaMisericórdia in 2009. Defined by supporters as ecumenical, the order has friars and nuns who had visions of Jesus, Mary and Joseph. In the present study we demonstrate, from the concept of interpellation (CAMURÇA, 2014), how the group's cosmology assimilates elements of Catholicism to leverage its tradition. |
