| Summary: | The article shows the problems which appear during the registration of religious communities according to the law 3/2002 Sb. History excurse pointed out certain religious communities which were registered during the communist regime and continue to exist regardless the fact, that they do not comply with today's laws. The next part points out the main question whether Christianity is a model for a religious community or not. This also includes the problem of registering a religious community, which follows a different tradition than Christian. It shows mainly the problém of communities, which cannot clearly establish their mission and basic points of their faith and are considered as sects then. The third part of the article is about the two-level registration and the number of signatures necessary for the registration. Most students of religions believe, that 10 000 signatures is an unbearable number. But the author believes this requirement is justified. What is to be solved is the problem of the disinterest in the first level of the registration. The proposed solution is revising the systém of special rights. The last part of the article discusses the qualitative conditions of the registration. It shows an inspiration by anti-cult theories, mainly brainwashing. This theory undergoes an analysis, which proves that it is scientifically inadequate. The conclusion points out a condition, that a psychological analysis of the head of the religious community should be performed during the registration. |
