| Summary: | The study deals with the Islamo-Christian marriage from a theological, juridical and sociological perspective. A theoretical framework will be presented, mentioning at first the principal aspects of the marriage in Islam. Secondly, our focus will be on the conception of the marriage with "the other" and the respective impediments that communities impose to those wanting to marry someone from a different religion. The present study is aimed to offer an objective and interdisciplinary look over the topic of the Islamo-Christian marriage, which is still much debated in Eastern as well as in Western societies, but at the same time represents an increasingly widespread phenomenon. Key words: marriage, Islam, Christianity, interreligious marriage, interreligious dialogue, religious communities. L’étude est consacrée au mariage islamo-chrétien sous les angles à la fois théologique, juridique et sociologique. Nous essayons d’abord de rappeler les aspects principaux dela naturedu mariage enislam, pour ensuite nous concentrer sur la conception du mariage avec «l’autre» et sur lesempêchements imposés par les communautés aux mariages interreligieux. Le but de la présente étude estd’offrir un regard objectif et interdisciplinaire sur un thème, celui du mariage interreligieux, qui est encore très débattu en Orient comme en Occident, mais qui représente en même temps un phénomène de plus en plus répandu. |
