| Summary: | The analysis of the concept of the subject of law and the concept of citizenship presuposes a historical-legal excursus that allows us to understand the birth of two statuses that inevitably refer to the vital concept of person, thus allowing us to understand the transformations to which they have been subjected, from their begonnongs to the present day, trying to observe their impact on the European panorama. The law, created by man and constituted ad hoc in its function, is regulated whithin it by human rights, with the Universal Declaration of Human rights of 10 December 1948, defined as human goods, which, guaranteed by law, allow personal fulfillment and recognize the protection of the human person. L’analisi del concetto di soggetto di diritto e del concetto di cittadinanza, presuppone un excursus storico-giuridico che permette di comprendere la nascita di due status che inevitabilmente rimandano alla nozione sostanziale di persona, lasciando intendere cosìle trasformazioni di cui sono stati oggetto, dagli albori fino all’attualità, cercando poi di osservare l’impatto degli stessi nel panorama Europeo. Il diritto, creato per l’essere umano e costituito ad hoc in sua funzione, è regolato al suo interno mediante i diritti umani, con la Dichiarazione Universale dei Diritti Umani del 10 di dicembre 1948, definiti come beni umani, che garantiti dal diritto permettono la realizzazione personale e riconoscono la protezione della persona umana. |
