You Take the High Road

The high road of hermeneutics, metapsychology, and discourse analysis is viewed from the low road of empirical science. Although prospects for pleasure and (perhaps) popularity seem grand up on the high road, concerns are raised about where it leads. Truth does not seem to be on the itinerary.
