Studying socio-legal models that are characteristic of three Slavic peoples, vectors of kinship and distance are outlined understanding of the phenomena of the state, power, law. В пропонованій статті Максима Ісаєнка «Українська християнська традиція державотворення…» із питання застосування компаративістського методологічного підходу подається аналіз концептуальних диспозицій, наявних в українському, польському й російському типах державотворення й організації владних інституцій. Вивчаються соціально-правові моделі, що є характерними для трьох слов’янських народів, окреслено вектори спорідненості й віддалення розуміння феноменів держави, влади, права. |
