| Summary: | Legal regulation of funeral business and burials is able to clearly demonstrate the degree of religious freedom in a particular country. In this article, the author raises the question of how the normative field of Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Tajikistan, as well as the Crimean autonomy, ensures the human right to publicly practice their religion through burial. Правовое регулирование похоронного дела и погребений способно наглядно продемонстрировать степень религиозной свободы в той или иной стране. В этой статье автор ставит вопрос о том, каким образом нормативное поле Украины, России, Казахстана, Кыргызстана и Таджикистана, а также Крымской автономии обеспечивает право человека на публичное исповедование своей религии через погребение. |
