Summary: | The classic interpretation of the phenomenon of freedom is the achievement of Western European culture, which recognized freedom as one of its highest values. Among contemporary philosophers, there is an understanding of freedom as a universality of the subjective culture, which reflects the possibilities of activities and actions of a person in the absence of external pressure. In this context, its meaningful characteristics are revealed by various authors contradictory, which leads to sharp discussions and misunderstandings. |
