| Summary: | In contemporary globalization religious elements are present in the form of cognitive schemas incorporated into ideology, politics and economics. Despite the secular factor underlying globalization, entered in the rationalization, individualization and the rejection of the domination of traditional religious institutions in shaping social life, religious elements are used to justify the new hierarchy, inequality, social and geopolitical divisions in the international sphere. Their base is the alienation of the economy in becoming a civilization, which illustrate the activities of transnational corporations. |
