Description
Summary:Law understood as a set of principles defying the position of the religion in the society (institutional, religious association) allows not only to form its position in a state but also to influence the idea of religiousness. Also religious associations can create the law, there is not only the competence of the state. So on the one hand we have government legislation for all the people who currently stay on the territory of the certain country and an internal law of religious associations which presence and activity has been accepted. The material aims to examine and assess the most frequent legal issues in relations between state and religion, in particular it aims to discuss religious courts. We need to take a closer look at the changes that can be noticed in legal systems of particular countries and which mostly are influenced by the governing party. The most controversial issue in the past years are religious courts - and the fact that although hits decisions are contradictory to the government legislation they are still respected.
