| Summary: | Beginning by clarifying the force of the social in relation to the subjective, this article focuses on the importance of the question of language also for Pier Paolo Pasolini's artistic-political-social activity. In particular, from the dimension of the symbolic the discourse goes on to valuing poetry as an authentic voice, capable of contributing to the formation of the social; likewise, cinematic representation is considered and its influence on determining processes of socialization. This study will try to highlight Pasolini's links with the Frankfurt School, hence his merits for renewing attention to the relationship between the individual and society. Comenzando por una determinación sobre el valor de lo social respecto a lo subjetivo, la investigación tematiza, también en relación con la actividad artística-política-social de Pier Paolo Pasolini, la importancia de la cuestión del lenguaje. En particular, desde la dimensión simbólica, se pasa a considerar el valor de la poesía, como voz auténtica, capaz de contribuir a la constitución social; del mismo modo, se considera la representación cinematográfica y su incidencia en la determinación de los procesos de socialización. La investigación intentará destacar el vínculo de Pasolini con la teoría crítica de la Escuela de Frankfurt para reconocer su mérito al haber demostrado una nueva atención a la relación entre el individuo y la sociedad. |
