Summary: | The COVID-19 Pandemic has spread rapidly throughout the world, causing widespread fear, anxiety, and concern among people worldwide. As a pandemic, Covid-19 not only poses a physical hazard to individuals, but it also has an impact on their mental health. The study's goal is to define the al-Sunnah strategy for dealing with mental and mental illnesses during the Covid-19 pandemic. The study applied a content analysis methodology on the al-sunnah approach to dealing with mental diseases, as well as the distribution of a questionnaire to students and citizens. One of the alternative methods expected to have a good and significant effect on treating mental health problems caused by the pandemic is reading al-Quran online. The recitation of the Qur'an also indirectly involves taharah and silaturrahim online. The findings of research data collected in many Malaysian regions on the approach of al-Sunnah to dealing with mental problems, It was discovered that 96.8% of 256 respondents, Those who are reading the Qur'an appear to have a fresh mind and a tranquil heart, 96% of the 256 respondents stated that the practise of taharah as a requirement before reading the Qur'an is beneficial to the purification of the soul in a clear and peaceful state. 96.2 percent of the 256 respondents agree that one of the most effective techniques for mental wellness is the practise of drawing closer to God and and companionship with family or friends to communicate issues can lessen mental stress |
