Summary:Recent scholarly attention has focused on resilience, often intertwined with spirituality. Studies suggest that spirituality aids in facing adversity, fostering optimism, and bolstering resilience. This study was conducted to explore resilience and spirituality among elders. 132 participants aged 60 and above completed assessments including the Spirituality Scale, the short version of the Connor Davidson Resilience Scale, and the Resilience Scale for Adults. Results indicated moderate to high levels of resilience and spirituality, with spirituality positively influencing resilience. Demographic differences were also noted. The findings discuss potential interventions to enhance resilience through spiritual practices.
