| Summary: | Der Beitrag stellt den Sportfilm in den Mittelpunkt, der wie jedes Filmgenre durch spezifische Konventionen des audiovisuellen Erzählens charakterisiert ist. Dabei werden sechs ausgewählte Sportfilme vorgestellt, die zum einen die individuelle Integration im Sport und zum anderen die soziale Integration durch Sport repräsentieren. Diese Filme behandeln unterschiedliche Themen, zum Beispiel kulturübergreifende Integration, Aufstieg, Kooperation, Teamgeist, Siegeswille, Nationalstolz. Sie erzählen von Zusammenhalt in Gruppen und einer Gesellschaft und verdeutlichen, dass Sport eine sozialintegrative Kraft für Individuen und Gesellschaft hat. Schließlich wird für eine Filmbildung plädiert, die in unterschiedlichen Bildungs- und Freizeitinstitutionen realisiert werden kann. This article focuses on the sports film, which, like every film genre, is characterised by specific conventions of audiovisual storytelling. Six selected sports films are presented, which represent individual integration in sport on the one hand and social integration through sport on the other. These films deal with different themes, for example cross-cultural integration, advancement, co-operation, team spirit, the will to win and national pride. They tell of cohesion in groups and a society and illustrate that sport has a socially integrative power for individuals and society. Finally, a plea is made for film education that can be realised by various educational and leisure institutions. |
