Description
Summary:Since the promulgation of the Encyclical Laudato si’, there has been an increasing focus on the environmental issue in the ecclesial sphere. This article undertakes a reading of the issue in ecclesial law, attempting to identify the doctrinal and legal prodromes of an institutional relationship between canon law and environmental law.
