This article explores five key questions that can help us understand the different ways Christian spiritual formation may be understood and experienced. First, what are we talking about? This helps us understand the many terms associated with spirituality and spiritual formation. Second, what does it mean to be human? Third, what does it mean to be fallen? Fourth, what is our vision of the spiritually formed person? Fifth, how do we engage in the journey?
