Description
Summary:Various forms of pastoral care are embedded in organisational contexts (e. g. hospital, school, care facility, prison). This localisation produces a pastoral practice of its own kind, which can be presented in a structured way using a social science model (organisational behavior paradigm). Additionally, this model serves to determine the place of pastoral care in organisational contexts. Based on these insights, the practice of open and informal conversations within organisational contexts can be exemplarily illustrated and its pastoral relevance clarified.
