Both dialogues, however, open the EU to the multiple facets of society, overcoming a mere economic approach to integration. Der Autor untersucht den Dialog zwischen der EU und den Kirchen/Religionsgemeinschaften nach Art. 17 III AEUV. Er analysiert dessen Abgrenzung zum Dialog mit der Zivilgesellschaft nach Art. 11 EUV und weist nach, dass die EU durch diese Unterscheidung das Proprium dieser Gemeinschaften angemessen berücksichtigt. Beide Dialoge dienen der Öffnung der Union für die vielschichtigen gesellschaftlichen Wirklichkeiten über das rein Ökonomische hinaus. |
