Description
Summary:Today’s world is being shaped, to a large extent, by the wide-ranging infiltration of artificial intelligence (AI) into the entire Earth system and our human society. However, due to the narrow focus on human-centered interests, current discourses on AI tend to overlook or underestimate the intricacies and subtleties surrounding the AI ecosystem. In light of this situation, this article aims to introduce a broader and deeper planetary perspective encompassing more than just human-AI interactions. From this perspective, suggestions for the future of cultural evolution will be made regarding sustainable AI and a sense of humility, response-ability to others, and greater accountability for ethical-political interventions.
