520 |a Der folgende Beitrag entfaltet die These, dass die vergleichende Forschung in der Religionsdidaktik kein einheitliches und eigenständiges Format neben der empirischen, historischen und systematischen Forschung ist, sondern von deren jeweiligen Bezugstheorien, Gegenstandsbereichen und Methoden her bestimmt wird. Der von der Gesellschaft für Fachdidaktik (GFD e.V.) definierte Begriff "Format fachdidaktischer Forschung" wird dafür entlang der von Ulrich Riegel und Martin Rothgangel ausgearbeiteten Dimensionen Bezugstheorien, Gegenstandsbereiche und Methodik auf die empirisch-vergleichende, historisch-vergleichende und systematisch-vergleichende Forschung in der Religionsdidaktik bezogen. Gegenstand der Auseinandersetzung ist dabei auch die Frage, inwiefern es überhaupt sinnvoll ist, zwischen einer vergleichenden und nichtvergleichenden Forschung zu unterscheiden und inwieweit "die" Komparatistik das Potential in sich trägt, ein eigenständiges religionsdidaktisches Forschungsformat zu bilden. Neben einer Diskussion auf der wissenschaftstheoretischen Meta-Ebene wird eine Studie zu "Positionierungsaufgaben im Religions- und Ethikunterricht" auf die drei genannten Aspekte hin befragt. 
520 |a The following contribution develops the thesis that comparative research in religious didactics is not a uniform and independent format alongside empirical, historical and systematic research, but is governed by their respective reference theories, subject areas and methods. The term "Format of didactic research" as defined by the Gesellschaft für Fachdidaktik (GFD e.V.) is therefore related to the dimensions of reference theories, subject areas and methodol-ogy elaborated by Ulrich Riegel and Martin Rothgangel, and to empirical-comparative, historical-comparative and systematic-comparative research in religious didactics. The question of the extent to which it makes sense at all to distinguish between comparative and non-comparative research and to what extent comparative studies has the potential to form an independent religious-didactic research format is also a subject of discussion. In addition to a discussion on the meta-level of scientific theory, a study on "Positioning Tasks in the Teaching of Religion and Ethics" will be examined with regard to the three aspects mentioned above.
