Summary: | This article develops a tool for the analysis of a dialogic construction of identity for religiously affiliated schools. Religiously affiliated schools can have pupils and teachers with cultural and religious backgrounds other than the religion with which the school is affiliated. With the help of the theoretical framework of Mikhail Bakhtin a theoretical framework is developed that can be used to “read” the construction of meaning in schools that includes the otherness of people. This framework is part of a sociocultural approach to the school organization. |
