This article explores his biography and analyses the relationships between Calabria and North Africa in the XVI and XVII centuries, giving an overview of the migration and conversion phenomena which characterized this period and interested thousands of men and women which left Europe to establish their life in the cities of Alger, Tunis and Tripoli. |
