| Summary: | The April 1991 Law of Ukraine "On Freedom of Conscience and Religious Organizations" fell on the hard part, which its creators did not guess, to be the regulator of relations in the religious sphere during the period of radical socio-political, economic and spiritual changes in the Ukrainian society, the permanent religious- church differentiation (divisions, mergers, joins, splits) of churches and religious organizations, separation of previously almost unipolar composition of hierarchs, clergy, believers according to the criteria of national orientation, canonicality. Квітневому 1991 року Закону України «Про свободу совісті та релігійні організації» випала нелегка участь, про яку й не здогадувалися його творці, - бути регулятором відносин у релігійній сфері в період радикальних соціально-політичних, економічних та духовних змін в українському соціумі, перманентної релігійно-церковної диференціації (поділів, злиття, приєднань, розколів) церков та релігійних організацій, сепарування раніше майже однополюсного складу ієрархів, кліру, віруючих за критеріями національної зорієнтованості, канонічності, церковної підпорядкованості, національно-культурних пріоритетів, релігійнорегіональних особливостей, традицій і т. ін. |
